LOCATION: The grapes from Maison Pierre Sparr succ. come from carefully selected plots, spread over the Alsatian vineyard between Sigolsheim and Obernai.
HARVEST: Manual, in 100 kg bottiche and delivered to the grape harvester as quickly as possible to prevent oxidation.
VINIFICATION: The juices are cold settling and ferment in stainless steel vats between 18 ° C and 20 ° C. Fermentation lasts about 1 month then the wines are stabilized and kept in vats until bottling. During this period the wines are regularly checked at the analytical and taste level.
TASTING: Beautiful golden color. On the nose, it is a real aromatic fireworks display. We find there the rose, the passion fruit, the mango … Expressive and complex, it will delight
amateurs and neophytes alike. On the palate, the exotic aromas are accompanied by delicate floral notes. The structure reveals a good balance between an attack on the roundness and a
fresh and digestible finish.
