Clos Sainte-Odile

With its wonderful terraces raised up beginning of the 20th Century, the Clos Ste Odile dominates the village of Obernai.

This slope, exposed South-South East has an extraordinary sunniness and the wind which makes soil and grapes dry is perfect for the maturation.

Lower yields for each variety and harvest by hand helps to put this fabulous terroir forward. In the cellar also, everything is done to respect the typical aromas of each variety.

Wines coming from the Clos Ste Odile are expressive in the fineness, they are elegant and the strength of the Terroir gives them a wonderful length. Those wines are dry, well-balanced, can be kept for many years and are perfect in association with food.
