TASTING:
Brilliant color with reflections of white gold. The floral aromas of the first nose quickly give way to notes of ripe grapes and toasted bread.
On the palate, the attack is fresh, spicy and the structure rather fleshy on the mid-palate. The finish develops on fruity touches of white peach.
The whole is harmonious and very pleasant.
Food and wine pairing: Easy going, this Pinot Blanc can easily accompany any meal. Comfortable with a Caesar salad, it will find its place with a plancha where meat and fish intermingle and will work wonders on a plum pie.
