AOC Alsace Pinot Noir Réserve 2010

The bright shining crimson almost shines from the glass, meanwhile the wine lover finds aromas of juicy plum, strawberries, roasted almonds, as well as bay leaf and black pepper with a touch of green bell-pepper in the smell. With some air notes of nuts join in addition.

In the palate this Pinot Noir reserve 2008 presents itself still surely in a juvenile manner with fine drying Tannins, a filigree acid and a firm strong body, completed with a smoky-spicy aftertaste. An honest drop who wish a little time of maturity. The ideally companion for a lot of rustic native dishes.
