AOC Alsace Pinot blanc Réserve 2011

Softly light yellow with green reflexes the Pinot blanc glares in 2010 in the glass. Meanwhile fragrances plays around the nose, which remind the wine lover of firm farmer's pears, aromatic mountain hay and lemon peels, followed by delicate fruit flourishes, exotic coriander and minerals.

In the palate as well fruity, the dynamic ripe acid refreshes and the firm minerality cares for the correct tension. The fine-balanced body looks light and also after some time at the air this wine does not lose its mineral-aromatic character. The dignified fruity final of this wonderful Pinot blanc does desire on the second glass. A light drop not only for Burgundian's fans.
