Softly light yellow with golden glitters in the glass. Meanwhile fragrances play around the nose, which remind the wine lover of flowers, pears and lemon peels, followed by delicate fruit flourishes and minerals. In the palate as well fruity, the dynamic ripe acid refreshes and the firm minerality cares for the correct tension. The fine-balanced body looks light and also after some time at the air this wine does not lose its aromatic character full of freshness. The fruity final of this wonderful blend does desire on the second glass. A crisp and light drop not only for Alsace fans.

Serve chilled between 8° and 12 °C | Ageing: 2-3 years.
